Things That Ashley will help you to Consider when Negotiating:

Are you happy with the price of the offer?

Is the price of the offer at Fair Market Value?

Does the price meet your original financial goal?

How much is the down payment?

How qualified are the buyers?

Do you agree to all conditions and terms of the offer?

(length of escrow, inspection time frames, seller responsibilies)

Are you willing to help buyers with Closing Costs?

Are you willing to help the buyer pay for any inspections?

Are you willing to pay for the Survey of your home?

Are you willing to pay for Termite Inspection and recommended termite tenting?

(Expect in Hawaii for buyers to ask for Termite Inspection & Survey Report to be paid by seller)

Are you willing to repair any items on the inspection report, or requests from the buyer?

ACCEPTING AN OFFER

Once you are happy with an offer and ACCEPT it, Escrow will open and the closing process begins

There are strict timelines during the closing process and there may be conditions that you have to complete before closing

Ashley will guide you through this entire process and schedule everything…so you can just sit back and relax!
